Peak Weeks (school holidays)

7 night bookings are the standard, however 6 night breaks are available at request. Arrival days are staggered to ensure our cleaning team have plenty of time to complete our enhanced cleaning procedures. If making a group booking with split arrival days, please contact us and we will work to accommodate same-day arrivals for all cottages in the group where possible.

The arrival days below are our preferences, however please contact us if you wish to arrive on a Friday for a ‘Thursday arrival’ cottage, and vice versa, and we will accommodate your booking whereever possible. 

Thursday arrivals – 7 nights 

Bracken, Coachmans, Primrose, Juniper, Stream and Fern

Friday arrivals – 7 nights

Orchard, Garden, Rose, Whortleberry

Non-Peak Weeks

Subject to availability, 6/7 nights can be requested for any start day except Saturday or Sunday

Short Breaks – Available all year. Peak Weeks are only bookable 7 nights prior to arrival date.

5 Nights 85% of advertised weekly tariff

4 Nights 80% of advertised weekly tariff

3 nights 70% of advertised weekly tariff

2 Nights 60% of advertised weekly tariff

We are now providing towels for use in the cottages, however these are not for use in the swimming pool.

Wifi access

Please note that we are situated in a rural area. Whilst we provide free wifi for guests, please be aware that speeds can fluctuate so the service may be different to internet speeds guests are used to in their home area.
