Booking Form

We aim to confirm a booking within 24 hours. If you should not hear from us please telephone 07580 145608 (Ruth) or 07964 432967 (Becky). Once confirmed please complete this form outlining your preferred method of payment. Please notify of early departures before 8am and arrivals later than 7pm.

Arrival time is 5pm onwards. If an earlier arrival time is required please discuss with us at time of booking & we will do our best to accommodate you.

Departure time is 9am. Late departures may be available but need to be agreed on an individual basis & may incur an additional charge.

We will hold all booking requests for 48 hours from date of confirmation by ourselves, to give you time to pay your deposit.

If paying for your holiday in installments would be beneficial for you, please contact us and we can arrange this with an additional £10 fee. We would still require a deposit at the time of booking and the full balance paid 1 month before arrival, however this could be paid in smaller installments in the weeks and months before your holiday.

For direct bookings for breaks between November and March inclusive, the following discounts for electricity meter readings will apply to reduce cost to guests at the end of their stay:

Week breaks: £7.50 for a sleeps 2, £10 for a sleeps 4, £20 for a sleeps 6 cottage.

Short breaks (3/4 nights): £4 for a sleeps 2, £7.50 for a sleeps 4, £10 for a sleeps 6

1st basket of logs free of charge September-April, thereafter £10/basket where applicable.
