We are re-opening on 12th April 2021!
We are delighted to confirm that we are reopening for guests with us in #exmoornationalpark from Monday 12th April 2021. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to stay with us at Triscombe Farm. We are hopeful that the vaccine rollout and wide availability of the Covid Lateral Flow tests will mean that we are able to stay open at least throughout the Spring, Summer and Autumn this year.
Our booking pages on our website have been updated and our calendar has re-opened for new bookings. Please be aware that, as per Government guidelines regarding the mixing of households indoors, the following restrictions apply to bookings:
12th April – 17th May (end date pending the movement to the next stage of the roadmap): Single Household (including Government-compliant support bubbles) bookings
17th May – 21st June (end date pending the movement to the final stage of the roadmap): Bookings adhering to the Rule of 6, in addition to single household/support bubble bookings
21st June onwards (date pending upon the progression along the roadmap): No restrictions on booking sizes/combinations of individuals within bookings.
As you may be aware, last year we left 72 hours between all bookings for Covid-19 security. This year, following a review of our booking pattern and reading updated medical and Government advice, we have reduced this down to 24+ hours. This is so that we have sufficient time to thoroughly air, fog, and enhance clean each cottage before the arrival of each booking. To help us maintain as regular a booking calendar as possible, this does mean that we will currently only be offering 6 night stays during School Holidays, Friday – Thursday, with the capacity for late Friday evening arrivals if needed after work. Outside of school holidays, we will be able to offer short breaks because we have more flexibility within our booking calendar. The price tariff on our website is for 7 nights. This is because if further published information about Covid-19 enables us to return to same-day changeovers we will do so. At this point, any 6 night holiday booked will be given the opportunity to extend their holiday.
To work out the current tariff for your stay, please apply the following percentages to the 7 night tariff. All bookings are subject to our usual terms and conditions of business.
6 nights: 90%
5 nights: 85%
4 nights: 80%
3 nights: 75%
The indoor heated swimming pool will be open from April 12th with a booking system in place to be compliant with Government guidelines. The booking link to book the pool and details of the lengths of time slots will be sent to guests prior to arrival.
